With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that I am a student of class 10 of your school. My father is a service holder. Unfortunately he has lost his job. For this reason, I could not pay my tuition fees for the month of February, March and April. I am now in a position to clear of all my dues because my father has started a new job.
I therefore pray and hope that you would kindly remit the delay fine and receive the usual fees and oblige there by.

With due respect I beg to state that I am a student of class 9 of your school. Suddenly my father has been transferred from Dhaka to Sylhet. Our family has also shifted there. We have no relative in Dhaka where I can stay and continue my studies in your school. So I am badly in need of a seat in the school hostel.
I pray that your honour would be kind enough to grant me a seat in the school hostel and oblige there by.
